FREE Exercise Class!

Should be a lot of fun with giggles, jiggles, bouncing and laughs.
When you come, you get to try out our Whole Body Vibration machine, which has helped really change and tone many bodies that have come waltzing through our doors. Dr. Lauren Schroeder will be demonstrating a lot of the fun positions you can try. Later, Marilyn Mull will be talking about the Sedona Method.
In addition, you also get to experience (if you want to, of course), our specially patented Cellerciser Rebounder. This device alone can be a total body workout as well.
Combined, these two make the BEST exercise regimen... I would know... that's mostly what I do.
After using the WBV for 10-20 minutes, in addition to the Cellerciser for another 5-10 minutes, by the time I'm done, my body is buzzing, endorphins racing, feeling incredible, balanced and light!
I even belong to a gym... but I just cannot bring myself to use the old weights anymore... not when I have access to these two incredible pieces of exercise equipment, which I can accomplish in half the time! They are truly the best and most fun machiens I've ever experienced.
